  • Join a Zoom meeting




    On a Fidelity desk phone, simply dial 3232 to get started. Then, click Join Zoom Meeting within your meeting invite to open the Zoom desktop app.

    If you are using a laptop or physical PC, you can also use your device's audio and video, if you have a microphone or webcam.

    To join a Fidelity Zoom meeting over an external phone, use the list of dial-in numbers provided in your meeting invite (full list here).

    Use the Zoom mobile app




    It’s easy to join Zoom meetings from anywhere with the Zoom mobile app.

    From a Fidelity device, click here for guidance on how to install and use the Zoom for Intune app. You must use the Zoom for Intune app to log in using your Fidelity account.

    Alternatively, click to install Zoom on iOS and Android. As a third party, you can join a Fidelity meeting from the Zoom mobile app without signing in.

    Real-time collaboration

    Share your screen, create a whiteboard, and view and manage meeting participants using the Zoom desktop app.

    Setting up your meeting

    Each Zoom meeting has a 9 or 10-digit meeting ID that can be used to dial in over a phone or online. When setting up your meeting, you can choose whether you use a fixed, or random meeting ID in Outlook when you set up your Zoom meeting.

    Secure external meetings

    Ensure that the Zoom meetings you are hosting meet the security requirements of Fidelity's external meeting policy. From a Fidelity device, click here for guidance on what to do.

    Note that Fidelity meetings are encrypted, so may not be compatible with all third-party devices.
