Maike Currie

In her role as Investment Director at Fidelity International, Maike Currie provides insight, guidance and commentary to our end investors on topics ranging from pensions to personal finance. Prior to joining Fidelity International, Maike worked in global asset management. She also spent a sizeable part of her career working as a financial journalist across a number of titles in the Financial Times group and continues to write a regular column for the FT’s money pages. The author of The Search for Income: An Investor’s Guide to Income Paying Investments, Maike is a media spokesperson for the broader Fidelity business, often appearing on BBC business, Sky news and ITV. She provides regular commentary to the national press on money matters related to investment, interest rates, inflation, pension saving, ESG and women and investing.
